Updates the README’s “Star History” section to use the newer Star History URL format and simplified image endpoints for the star history chart.
Changes:
- Updated the Star History anchor link to the
star-history.com/#...format. - Updated the embedded chart image URLs to a simplified
api.star-history.com/imagequery string (including dark theme handling).
